Quite a while, this time. Anyway, I have been running low on film money (and don't tell me to go digital--- do you think I can afford a good digital camera if I can't afford a few rolls of film?), so I don't know what I will do next. If anyone is unloading a good digital camera for cheap, let me know. Every photography job I have applied for has required that one has one's own digital, so I haven't been able to get one at all.

I don't usually use this page to stump for a cause, but I think it is fitting. The City of Fort Worth is threatening to tear down the Ridglea Theater so that the Bank of America can put up a drive-thru. This is one of the few live music venues of its kind in Fort Worth--- free of Ticketmaster, LiveNation, or anything of the kind. The building itself one of the few single-screen movie theaters in the city still standing. It has been featured in historic tours. In addition to those who come for the music, those interested in architecture or in murals (how many movie theaters-- these days or when it was built-- have entire walls depicting Columb

Of course scanning negatives is easier and faster than making a print in the darkroom, and more people can do it because it's easier to buy and set up a scanner than a darkroom. (Also, the former doesn't need its own room with exhaust vents.) But I have found negative scans to be so much grainier looking than darkroom prints. Compare this darkroom print  and this negative scan. Both were shot on the same film. Obviously, there'll be grain since I shot 1600 and pushed it in developing (does it count as pushing if you triple the developing time just to get good exposures when you shoot at the ASA on the box?), but the darkroom print doesn't hav

Hello there c: You have got some truly amazing pieces in your gallery *-*
So I was just searching for something to use for my OC's profile randomly... And came across one of your older pieces, www.deviantart.com#/art/Alley-… this one. It is exactly what I imagined, so I wanted to ask if would you kindly allow me to use your photo in my work, non-commercially of course, and giving you credits.
If you have got a problem with it it's okay, I just though I could give it a try and ask.
Thank you forward for your reply and hope you have a wonderful day! c:
Also, thank you so much for liking my work!
Good heavens, it's been a while since I logged in! By now I'm sure you've found another thing suitable, but if not I of course grant permission provided you put my name on the bottom of the image.
Aww, thank you so much for the reply, even if late one! :o I am sorry, I did find another picture to use meanwhile, since I though you are not active on dA anymore and will never ever come back D: Still thank you, though, and keep up the great work! ♥
Many thanks for the fav. Much appreciated.
thanks for the add!
I dig your Lizard Lounge shots. Maybe you'll catch me in your lens one day.
